The purpose of the hearing is to consider the request of K & J Kozy Koop Properties, LLC, 9309 River Road, in Milan Twp., Erie County, Ohio and listed on the Erie County Auditor’s Map as Parcel 51-00041.000 for a conditional use under the Milan Township Zoning Resolution, Article 11.2 12)a-k, short term rentals. In addition, a variance is requested for Article 11.2 12)b, the property does not meet the 250’ required distance from adjacent structures.
Immediately following, the Milan Township Zoning Board of Appeals will consider the request of Harvest Moon Properties, LLC, 1012 Mason Road in Milan Twp., Erie County, Ohio and listed on the Erie County Auditor’s Map as Parcel 50-00438.000 for a conditional use under the Milan Township Zoning Resolution, Article 11.2 12a-k), short term rentals.
