2026 Plow Truck Chassis

The Milan Township Board of Trustees are requesting bids for purchase of a Plow Truck Chassis: 2026 or newer, 4×2 cab, 350 hp Cummins engine, with 6-speed Allison transmission, under 100 miles, and under 100 engine hours.

All bids must be received no later than October 22, 2025 at 11:00 am at the above address, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at the same location.
All bids must be filed and submitted in person or by mail in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2026 Plow Truck Chassis” prior to the time and date set forth above.
Milan Township will not accept any, or consider any bid as an official bid unless said bidder has obtained a copy of the specifications from the Township.
The Milan Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informalities in any bid, and to determine the lowest and best bid.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.

Past Bid Notices
The Milan Township Trustees have declared 5 picnic tables previously used at Edison Park as salvaged. These tables are in various condition, and are being placed for public bid.
- Bids will be accepted as one price for the entire lot.
- Bids can be placed in the mail slot at the Milan Township Office Building (1518 State Route 113 E. Milan, OH) until 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 or emailed to milantownship@gmail.com until 6:45 PM on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
- The tables can be viewed in the area between the garages and salt shed at 1518 State Route 113 E, or pictures can be requested. Send an email to milantownship@gmail.com if you would like the pictures emailed to you.
- Bids will be opened at the Milan Township Trustee Meeting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at their regular meeting held at the Townhall – 24 Park Street, Milan, OH.
