The Milan Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing onMonday, February 3, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Trustees’ Room of the Milan Township Hall, 24 Park Street on the Village Square in Milan, Erie County, Ohio. The purpose is to consider the request of James R. Arthur, Trustee & Helen A. March for a change of zoning district from Agricultural, (Ag) to General Commercial, (C-2) for a parcel of land identified on the Erie County Auditor’s Tax Map as parcel #50-00007.004 and located on the west side of U.S. Route 250, near the State Route 13 intersection. A copy of the application may be viewed at the Milan Library during their regular business hours. The decision of the Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the Milan Township Board of Trustees for their action.
The Milan Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Trustees Room of the Milan Township Hall, 24 Park Street on the Village Square in Milan, Erie County, Ohio. The purpose is to consider the request of DC Land and Cattle for a conditional use of the property to locate a 10’ x 66’ propane tank for commercial purposes on a parcel identified as 50-00157.000 on the Erie County Auditors’ Tax Map, in an Agricultural District (Ag) and located on the northwest corner at the intersection of Route 113 E. and River Road.
A special meeting of the Milan Township Board of Trustees will be held at 9 am on Monday, February 24, 2020 at the Trustee Meeting Room in Milan Town Hall, 24 Park Street, Milan. The purpose of this meeting is to review contractor bids received for Milan Town Hall restroom accessibility project.
The Milan Township Board of Trustees will meet on March 23, 2020 at 9 am in the Milan Town Hall for the purpose of adopting CONVID-19 policy and discussing township personnel.
As usual the public is welcome to attend, however the gathering shall be limited to 10.
